CoD: Warzone with delayed start of season 2

Activision’s shooter community must wait for the release of new content for Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard. The games need updates that will introduce solutions to any loopholes that arise, so the decision was made to postpone the next season.

Black clouds are gathering over the Call of Duty series and we do not mean here only problems in the ranks of particular Activision teams. Recently, a lot of bugs can be experienced in Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard, which directly affect the competition between players. At the end of 2021, the release of a new map for battle royale production was also not without problems. Fans are increasingly blunt about their dissatisfaction, and this could not go unnoticed by the developers.

Season 2 of Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard will not be released on February 2. Shooting sympathizers will be able to get acquainted with the new content only on February 14.

The developers emphasize that their priority is to polish many elements, and the extra time will allow to eliminate emerging inconveniences and improve the quality of gameplay. The studio will take care of optimization and balance.
