Liberation event coming to Apex Legends

EA and Respawn Entertainment have revealed a new “Liberation” event coming soon to Apex Legends. Running from April 19 to May 3, the limited-time event will feature a returning Flashpoint mode, new cosmetic items and more. Apparently.

What can you expect from the event?

Return of Flashpoint – Players can experience the Olympus map like never before with the return of the popular limited-time mode, Flashpoint. In it, healing items will be removed from the loot pool and replaced with large “Critical Point Zones” that heal all Legends within them.
“Liberation” themed cosmetic items – Unlock 40 themed cosmetic items, including Legendary skins such as “Machine Language” for Crypto, “Bad Bot” for Pathfinder, “Quantum Collision” for Wraith, “Slingshot” for Valkyrie, “Prison Pacifier” for CAR weapons, “Terminated” for Hemlok rifle, “Digging the Grave” for Peacekeeper shotgun and “Pyromania” for Rampage. Also available for purchase are “Liberation” packs that unlock items, weapon talismans, trackers and more.
Flash Events – players can unleash their full power and play two unique weekly challenge tracks to unlock event-related cosmetic items.
April 19 – April 26 – rewards include a unique badge, an epic talisman, an epic Re-45 skin and an epic skin for Seer
April 26 – May 3 – rewards include a unique badge, a rare Apex pack, an epic Boxing Nessie holospray, and a “Liberation” pack
